Hotelier Details Plans for Boutique Hotel Downtown

We thought it would be interesting to sit down with Frank Cretella, the developer of the Albion Hotel and adjoining Felina restaurant planned for the Capital One Bank building at the corner of Jersey and Newark Avenues. Cretella and his wife came to Jersey City after running a hospitality company in New York City.
