There’s so much to do and to celebrate this weekend in Jersey City. Head to Hamilton Park this Friday for a showing of “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood,” “Based on the true story of a real-life friendship between Fred Rogers and journalist Lloyd Vogel.”

Family Day at Lincoln Park West

“Friends of Lincoln Park along with the Hudson County Improvement Authority, Jersey City Birds and Flora Athens would like to invite you to a day of exploration at Lincoln Park West’s Nature Trail. There will be birdwatching with our local expert Lorraine Freeney and guided tour of the Nature Trail guided by Hudson County Improvement Authority staff. While exploring, we invite the family to collect small pieces of nature and our Nature therapist, Athena Toledo founder of Flora Athens will help you create your very own work of art. Art supplies will be distributed as long as they last.”
