This weekend, there’s lots to celebrate in Jersey City. The St. Patrick’s Day parade is this Sunday, and the Jersey City Free Public Library will be hosting a special Holi event. Plus, Restaurant Week is back. There’s also live music,comedy, and more.

Jersey City Mural Art Walk

Join FreeWalkers for their second Jersey City Mural Art Walk. “This walk will start from Journal Square and go south, passing through the neighborhoods of McGinley, Westside, Bergen-Layette and Greenville, before turning north and returning to Journal Square.”

Holi Aiyee Re – Indian Festival of Colors at Five Corners

This Saturday afternoon, the Jersey City Free Public Library will be celebrating Holi, the Festival of Colors, with this special event featuring music and Bollywood Dance. 

Liberty State Park Natural Area Volunteer Shoreline Cleanup

Head to Liberty State Park this Saturday to “help lend a hand cleaning up the shores of the Richard J. Sullivan Natural Area by removing trash that has come in with the tides.” This event is not recommended for children under five years of age.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this weekend at this Jersey City bar crawl. 

Hustle Dance Group Class at Jersey City Ballroom

This drop-in class at Jersey City Ballroom will feature the disco-era Hustle, and is open to new students and students without dance partners.  

Vintage Jazz with Miss MayBell at Green Pear Heights

This week at the Green Pear Heights Dinner Theater Series, Miss Maybell and The Jazz Age Artistes will be performing Ragtime, Jazz, and Blues. 

Anthony Tamburro Band at Fox & Crow

On Saturday night, local musician Anthony Tamburro will be playing at Fox & Crow. 

Corgi Comedy Club

Corgi Comedy Club is back at Corgi Spirits. “Enjoy a unique nightlife experience in a charming, intimate atmosphere that can only be provided at Corgi Spirits.” 

Bad Bunny Birthday Bash

While Bad Bunny will not actually be in attendance, this birthday celebration in his honor will be a dance party featuring his hits. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Liberty State Park Trailblazers Volunteer Day

Volunteers are invited to help the LSP Trailblazers at the Richard J. Sullivan Natural Area this Sunday. They’ll be working on invasive species removal, including “scraping invasive spotted lanternfly egg cases from trees.” This event is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

Jersey City St. Patrick’s Day Parade

This Sunday, celebrate at the Jersey City St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which will kickoff at 1 p.m. at Dickinson High School.
