This Memorial Day Weekend, Jersey City is packed with events for everyone. On Monday, The Historic Jersey City and Harsimus Cemetery hosts a tribute event for the holiday. Throughout the weekend, there’s also a theater festival, live music, volunteer events, and more.    

 

Honoring Our Heroes: Memorial Day Tribute at the Historic Cemetery

The Historic Jersey City and Harsimus Cemetery hosts its annual Memorial Day tribute this Monday, featuring “lovely military & musical program including a special performance by The Belle Tones.”

Speranza Theatre Company’s Women’s Playwrights Circle presents its Women Playwrights Festival, a part of the New Jersey Theatre Alliance 2022 Stages Festival. There will be readings of three plays throughout the afternoon.
