A combination of vinyasa flow and hatha yoga perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Many options given to continue to challenge yourself or to take it back a little.

We will explore the Divine Feminine and Masculine Energy. The class will be tailored incorporating asanas to awaken both sides of these energies. We will have some dharma talk, music, breath, and movement.

Practice yoga with a combination of Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini with me. Every part of this class will be curated from the dharma talk to the asanas, music and aromatherapy using Nag Champa incense, a classic in the yogi world.

This class will take place at Grassroots Community Space in Jersey City, NJ with up to 10 students being able to attend live. Pre-registration is required.
