Natasha Arbelo, 36, of Jersey City passed away from cancer on July 6.

Natasha was born January 17, 1987, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken. She spent her childhood between Puerto Rico and Union City. Natasha attended County Prep High School and studied journalism at New Jersey City University.
