A Jersey City man was arrested yesterday in Wednesday’s sexual assault of a 63-year-old woman inside a local business.
According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested Elijah Lloyd, age 18, of Jersey City.
