I am running for this position because I want to help. My Jersey City roots run deep. My mom and dad owned and operated the Family Market for over 60 years. A fruit and vegetable store which was located on Sterling Avenue in the Greenville section of Jersey City. We lived above the store, and I am one of 6 children. I graduated from James F Murray (P.S. 38), Saint Anthony High School, Saint Peter’s College (now university), Long Island University (Brooklyn Campus).
