Walk-Bye, Welcome Home Honors World Refugee Day with Jersey City exhibit

Catalina Aranguren, founder of Walk-Bye by Argia Photography, will commemorate World Refugee Day on June 20 with her latest outdoor community art installation in Jersey City. For the second time in the last six months, Walk-Bye will collaborate with Welcome Home, a community-based nonprofit organization that provides educational, employment and material support for refugees and asylees. The exhibition – “home” - will center around artwork submitted by Jersey City children.

Kids Bike Ride

The City of Jersey City will be revealing its new protected bike lanes. There will be a self-directed family bike ride on Saturday, June 13. There will be a scavenger hunt and pop-up giveaway tables from 10 AM to 3 PM.
