The Jersey City Reservoir Preservation Alliance and Pershing Field Garden Friends will be hosting a Halloween costume parade. This event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Pershing Field.
Check-in will begin at 1:00 PM in front of the Community Center. There will be a safety orientation and an opportunity to take photos at the photo booth.
The parade will begin at 2:00 PM around the park. Registration for the parade is free.
