Rachel Goss is a senior client experience manager at Movable Ink, where she helps Fortune 500 companies stand out in the inbox using dynamic content that is personalized from the moment it is opened. Goss built Artsy’s email marketing program from the ground up, scaling from batch-and-blast hand-coded HTML templates to data-powered, automated email journeys. She holds a BA in art history from Vassar College and a MA from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London.
