The crew was decidedly smaller but, like the last film, they were shooting a gay romcom.

Yesterday, a crew working on the movie “Things Like This” set up shop on Wayne Street, a few feet east of the Barrow Mansion.

It was only October when just a half block away, scenes for the gay romance “Bros,” featuring Billy Eichner, were filmed in another Wayne Street home.

Written and directed by actor Max Talisman, Things Like This tells the story of two guys with the same name who seem perfect for one another until the chaos of New York intercedes. “But is fate ever exactly how you expect it to be?” asks a blurb on IMDb.

Talisman starred in the 2017 film “Super Dark Times,” and has appeared in “Orange is the New Black,” “Search Party,” and “The Blacklist.”

The cast includes Charlie Tahan (“Ozark”), Eric Roberts (“The Dark Knight“), and Miles Tagtmeyer (“Disney Descendants; School of Secrets”).

Bros also reportedly filmed scenes around the corner at the nightclub Six26 on Christopher Columbus Drive.

Bros, produced by Judd Apatow and billed as “the first romantic comedy from a major studio about two gay men,” is scheduled to be released on September 30.
